Before we offer any land for sale on Alonissos, we research it to make sure it will get planning permission. Just as in the UK, the research and procedures involved in house or land buying aren’t difficult – as long as you know what you’re doing.
Our research means you know you won’t be risking investing in land that might be useless. It also means you won’t need to spend your time communicating with Greek government departments from afar.
Purchasing a plot of land with us usually takes around two months from start to finish. Throughout the process, we handle all the legal processes on your behalf. We will ask for a 10% deposit at the start of the process. The balance will be due on completion.
