Some people start the design process when they are purchasing their land on Alonissos. Others prefer to leave it for a few months or years. We’re ready to start when you’re ready to start.

As always, we take care to understand your requirements. We also share our local knowledge to make sure you have a house that’s sympathetic to its surroundings and the local culture.

We’ll take to you to see some of the houses we’ve project managed so you can see the high standard of our specifications. It’ll also help give you ideas of what can be achieved.

Once we have fleshed out your ideas, we arrange a complimentary consultation with our local architect. He’ll prepare basic designs for you to approve.

Once you’ve agreed these basic designs, he’ll draw up the plans in detail. The cost of the architect’s plans and all the necessary building permits are included in our standard specification. You won’t incur any unexpected costs.
