Long Term Rental Opportunities

Buying is sometimes not the ideal answer for everyone. Maybe you have other commitments in the UK or would like to try before you buy. Maybe you would like to be living in Alonissos while you are building your own dream house. Whatever your reasons, rental could be the ideal solution.

We do have houses, apartments and studios available from time to time for long term rental (usually one year minimum).

Apartment to let

This year we have available one apartment for long term rental.

The apartment is situated in Patitiri about fifty metres from the harbour front. It is within easy walking distance of shops and tavernas. Swimming is nearby from the village beach or from the Kavos peninsula. However, the apartment is within easy walking distance of at least three other beaches.

It is double glazed and air conditioned suitable for year round occupation and is newly furnished and fitted in immaculate condition. It has its own electricity meter which is read on taking up occupation and payable every four months. Electricity is very much more reasonably priced than in the UK. Water rates are included in the rental cost.

Minimum rental is one year and maximum is five years on a rental lease renewable.

Tenants are offered free usage of the apartment year round. If they wish their children to use the apartment or to have friends to stay then this is fine but the tenancy agreement does not allow for sub-letting.

This is a large apartment of approximately 42 square metres. It has a very large sitting room with open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped.

The sitting room has a double settee which opens into a double bed and can provide extra sleeping accommodation if necessary. There is a wi fi connection for internet users and a phone could be put on if required.

Off the sitting room is a large shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. All tiled.

Next to the sitting room is a good sized double bedroom with large fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and dressing table, plus bedside cupboards and an easy chair. There is a small balcony off the sitting room and bedroom with good sea views.

The rooftop area of the building has a large flat roof area and utility room which offers a washing machine, drier, press and ironing equipment for tenants. There is also an extra storage area if needed. Outside the utility room is a covered sun area with a large table and chairs for entertaining plus a good BBQ area which tenants are welcome to use.

There is also a large sunbathing area. The rooftop offers superb views, a restful shady area for reading and space to get the last rays of the sun for sunbathing.

Rentals vary according to the property but are in the range of 250GBP to 320GBP per month.
