Business Venture / Private House

This property was built in 2006 and fulfilled the dream of a family which built it to own a five a side football venue. It was unfortunately destined to failure. However, a lot of time and effort has gone into building this property and although I cannot sell it as a going concern there are lots of alternative possibilities.

It would make a wonderful private property with a good degree of privacy, stunning views to the Old Village and through the pine screening over the sea to the islands of Two Brothers.

Another possibility is for private accommodation plus a business such as a cafeteria, restaurant or bar.

To give an outline of the property as it currently stands.

The whole site is 300 square metres and the main building is accessed through a long private driveway with gates.

There are great views from every angle of the property.

To the left of the driveway is the 5-a-side pitch which is fully enclosed and has an Astroturf surface (possibly a tennis court or swimming pool?). Overlooking the pitch is a two storey building. The upper section of the building has an apartment comprising four rooms. It has terracotta tiles throughout and has PVC double glazed windows and balcony doors which open onto a west facing terrace overlooking the pitch. There is a fireplace for an open fire but there is also central heating throughout the building.

The views from the property cannot be blocked in any way.

On the ground floor is the bar/cafeteria which is well-fitted and has a huge outdoor terrace area of approximately 8m x 3m. The bar is stone-faced and very good quality materials have been used throughout. There are large windows to the one side and huge glass doors open onto the terrace.

On the lower floor are changing rooms, showers and storage rooms.

All in all the cafeteria and bar amount to about 70 square metres with 100 square metres of verandas. The apartment above is 7o square metres. A further 40/50 square metres could be built or used to extend the living areas.
