We are absolutely delighted with our house. We saw the plot in October, foundations were dug in December and the following August we moved in to a fully completed house. We demanded a high standard of finish and have not been disappointed. The cupboards, doors, balustrades, etc are all beautiful local workmanship. Local plaka stone on terraces, marble stairs, high quality floor tiles and proper terracotta roof tiles made the house look and feel traditional. And we have been impressed by the real interest and enthusiasm of everyone involved in the building. A certain amount of disbelief at this success story has made us feel that Sporades Properties was a happy choice!
